The Department of Architecture and Design in the Faculty of Architecture and Design aims to nurture highly specialized professionals who can comprehensively understand the living environment from the perspective of housing and architecture, ranging from housing to city, and who can design rich environments that encompass residential life. Specifically, the department trains students to logically understand domestic and international living environments from the aspects of history, regional characteristics, art, technology, sustainability and other social issues, and to design rich living environments based on these insights with creativity and expressiveness.
